Monthly meetings every second Wednesday with Presentations
Unless otherwise advertised, monthly meetings are held every second Wednesday at the
Carmichael Library, Community Room, 5605 Marconi Ave., Carmichael at 7 pm.

Dear Shamrockers:

The November meeting has been cancelled.

Nothing for November so have a great Thanksgiving.

December has several things.

There is a Candlelight Christmas Walk in Volcano December 2

Christmas party is Sunday December 3, 2:-5:30 pm at Sharon Young's residence.

And New Years Eve at Brownies, 5858 Land Park Drive. The Celtic community starts gathering at 3 PM; salutes the UK new years at 4 PM.



No Shamrock club meeting in November.

Sacramento Yankee Trade Gift Exchange If you wish to be included in the gift exchange, please bring a wrapped gift, not over $12. If you would rather not participate in the exchange, please do stay and watch the rest of us wrestle each other without mercy as we attempt to walk away with the best gift.

Music (if any of our members bring instruments - Hope, hope, hope).

Pot Luck beginning at 2:30. Suggestions for food to bring, but you can choose to create your favorite culinary masterpiece if you wish. Jane Lamborn will once again faithfully call to inventory what food is coming and get an idea how many people plan to come.  Last name ending A - F Appetizers, raw veggies K - M Dessert G - J Bread, rolls, chips N - S Cold Cuts/cheese T - Y Side dish, salad Paper plates, utensils and condiments will be supplied by the Caledonian Club.

Please bring whatever drinks you think you will enjoy most. This Sunday afternoon is designed not to compete with state workers or restaurant guests for parking . However, Chris Brown is arranging parking and shuttle service at the Gormley parking lot, 2015 Capitol Avenue. Please call him at 916/ 447-6511 before 12:00 noon if you would like to have a ride the three blocks to my house.

Christmas Box for Troops. Make Christmas brighter for some of America’s best by sending snacks (in mailable packaging), paperbacks/magazines, chap stick, razors, etc. Chuck Jamison will get these packed, mailed and delivered to the troops.
